In order to reduce my Post Office visits due to Covid-19, all orders will be posted Royal Mail 1st class via my local Post Box. This will mean that jewellery will not be gift boxed at this time, but will still be beautifully presented in an organza or linen pouch. Thank you for your understanding xx



Payments are taken using Paypal.  If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still use your credit card on the Paypal site.  Please note that payment must be made in full at the time of purchase and have cleared before your purchase is shipped.  


Orders ship within 1-3 business days of having received cleared payment.  

UK shipping is via 1st class Royal Mail delivery. All International items are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail. European deliveries take on average 1-2 weeks. Worldwide deliveries (including USA/Canada) take around 2-3 weeks although they can sometimes take longer, especially at busy times of year.

Please note that standard shipping does not have a tracking number, nor is it traceable once posted. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me before making your purchase and I will get a price for you.

Customers ordering from outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after the package reaches their country, and these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All jewellery is beautifully packaged ready for gift giving – items under £20 will be in a rustic linen pouch, and £20 and over will be in a recycled Kraft gift box decorated with Japanese washi tape and twine. 

All items are well packaged with bubble wrap inside a cardboard postage box or padded envelope, to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. 

Refunds and Exchanges

I am sure you will be delighted with your purchase! If not, please do not hesitate contact me.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Please contact me immediately should you wish to return an item. Postage charges will only be refunded if the item being returned is faulty or damaged. Items should be returned in their original unused condition and in the original packaging, if possible. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings.

Non-delivery of items should be reported within 21 days.

Additional Policies 

Appearance - please note that due to the handmade nature of some components used, from time to time there may be slight variations in colour, size and shape. 

I photograph my jewellery in natural light or using professional daylight photography equipment.  I aim to represent my products as accurately as possible, however please bear in mind that individual monitors and electronic devices may represent colours differently.

To maintain your jewellery and keep it looking good for as long as possible, make sure it is the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night. Keep perfumes and creams away from it as these can damage the finish on beads and metal.

Adjustments - if you require your necklace / bracelet to be adjusted to fit, I am more than happy to do this for you where possible.  If the alteration requires additional materials or the piece to be re-strung, there may be a small additional charge to cover the costs. Please just contact me with the details.

Additional Items - if you require more of a particular item than is listed for sale, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please note that due to the handmade nature of components used, this may not always be possible.

Coupon codes / discounts - from time to time, I offer coupon code discounts in my shop. Look out for them on my Facebook page, or Instagram account  Please ensure that the code is used at time of check out, as unfortunately, I am unable to refund the difference retrospectively. Coupon codes are not valid on custom orders unless agreed.

Please note that returns are not permitted on custom items.
